Seller and contact
The seller is Armtac, Vindåkersvägen 12, 311 50 Falkenberg, Sweden. Email: info@armtac.se. Phone: +46 (0)725-49 94 98.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the order is made for a business or other authorised organisation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Order and contract
An order is binding when Armtac has confirmed it. Armtac may reject or cancel orders due to incorrect prices, technical errors, sold-out products, suspected misuse or if legal requirements cannot be met.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that the person placing the order is authorised to represent the customer.
Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are shown according to the webshop pricing or separate agreement. VAT, freight, fees and applicable additions are shown before checkout where applicable.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout or under a separate credit agreement. Late payment may result in statutory and contractual interest and reminder fees.
Delivery and transfer of risk
Delivery is made to the stated delivery address using the available freight options. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Risk transfers according to applicable law and agreed delivery terms. The customer must inspect delivery without delay and report transport damage to both the carrier and Armtac as soon as possible.
Permits, age and regulated products
Certain products may be subject to Swedish legislation and licence, permit, registration or age requirements. The customer is responsible for holding necessary permits and for using, storing and reselling products according to applicable law.
Armtac may request documentation and may stop delivery or cancel a purchase if required checks cannot be completed or if an order is considered contrary to law, authority requirements or safety procedures.
Withdrawal, returns and complaints
Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. Orders are binding and Armtac is under no obligation to accept a return, repurchase or exchange because the customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong product, specified the wrong model or otherwise made an incorrect product selection, unless Armtac has expressly approved this in writing.
Products that are specially ordered, manufactured, configured or procured specifically following the customer's order, including products intended for a particular firearm type, model, variant or specification, are not eligible for return unless expressly approved in writing by Armtac. This applies even if the product is unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for verifying the product model, compatibility, configuration and other specifications before placing the order.
Any acceptance of a return in an individual case does not create a general obligation for Armtac to accept similar returns in the future. Approved returns must be unused, complete and returned in accordance with Armtac's instructions.
The above limitations do not apply if the product is defective or does not conform to what was agreed, or if the customer is otherwise entitled to make a claim under applicable law or an express agreement. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was or should have been discovered. If a complaint is accepted, Armtac will remedy the defect by repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable law and agreement.
Warranties and product information
Manufacturer warranties apply where available and according to the relevant warranty terms. Warranties do not limit rights under mandatory law.
Product images and descriptions may differ slightly from the actual product. The customer is responsible for verifying that the product is suitable for its intended use before ordering.
Limitation of liability
Armtac is not liable for indirect loss, loss of production, loss of profit or other consequential loss except where liability follows from mandatory law.
Armtac’s liability is limited to the order value of the affected product unless otherwise required by mandatory law or written agreement.
Personal data, disputes and governing law
Personal data is processed according to Armtac’s privacy policy. Swedish law applies to these terms and the agreement.
Disputes should first be resolved through dialogue. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be settled by Swedish courts unless another mandatory forum applies.
